Heather Klemanski is a mindfulness & self-compassion facilitator, self-love advocate, and inspirational speaker known for her enthusiasm, kindness, and straight-forward nature. Her passion is to connect people to their authentic joy and purpose to live freely. Utilizing the tools of mindfulness and self-compassion helped Heather on her personal journey with anxiety and self-doubt and inspired her passion to share these transformational skills. She has been practicing mindfulness for 10 years and Mindful Self-Compassion for 7 years. She is one of the original members, as well as one of the current organizers, of a local 3+year-old weekly mindfulness meditation Tuesday night sangha.
She is trained as a facilitator in the healing modalities of mindfulness, mindful self-compassion, laughter yoga, play workshops, and in creating unique programs and retreats Each program is tailor made to enrich your life with love, joy, and awareness to connect more deeply with yourself as you ask the essential question: “how can I be true to myself?” Heather’s philosophy is to Mind Your M.A.R.K by developing Mindfulness, Actions, Resilience, and Kindness. These 4 key components are the foundational teachings she shares in her programs and retreats.
