Quarles is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), with over twenty years experience working in Human and Social Services in the areas Substance Abuse Treatment, HIV Care Management and Homeless Assistance. She has 6 years experience as a therapist and holds a Master Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wilmington University. Charmaine is a published children’s book author, vegan chef, and the proud owner of 2 pit bulls and her goal as a therapist is to help those in search of healing find wholeness through honesty with and compassion for self.
