We are a mindfulness-informed bunch, which means that we often bring in aspects of mindfulness practice and lessions to help us to make meaning out of life's events and challenges. And it's okay if you have not had any experience with mindfulness; it's not a preresquisite. If you've never been in a therapy group before and wonder if this might be for you, why not try? You've nothing to lose. And, you might find it's just the right thing, at just the right time. Before enrolling in group, you will be invited to speak with the facilitator to make sure it's a good fit all ways round.
